      Pros

      It's possibly been the best start at any company to-date. This is primarily my manager who has been stellar! The onboarding has been on-point and my colleagues have been nothing but helpful, many going out of their way to making me feel welcomed.

      Cons

      As much as I'd like to make this a balanced review, there hasn't been anything I've encountered that I have provide constructive feedback on.

      Great product with a recognisable brand name

      Cons

      Poor leadership and who doesn’t understand how to run a consumption business They keep telling you how great a culture they have built but the sales leaders keep blaming the supporting leaders when they can’t meet their numbers. Many of the siloes in the sales org are not addressed and the sales comp is not driving the right behavior. Instead of spending time to address these, they keep blaming the other supporting teams for their issues.
