* Care a lot about the employee * Technology is quite interesting * Lots of opportunities for growth * Possibility to expand your career to other areas within the same company * Transparency

Cons

* It can be very overwhelming at times. * The needs grow faster than the team, which is expected because you have to choose the right new employees, but in the meantime, the pressure builds up.

Good vision and lots of scope for company growth resulting in clear scope of work and also a lot of scope for growing within the company. Simultaneously, a lot of impetus is put on hiring correct employees resulting in great ppl to work with.

Cons

Always scope of improving in terms of compensation although management does regularly review to stay at competitive levels.
