      Pros

      Amazing tech and some of the most smart & experienced you'll ever have a chance to work with. Feedback is a big part of the culture - and is given in an actionable, clear way that is intended to make you better in your craft and your results.

      Cons

      Even though the company is already years post IPO, it still changes FAST. You need to be able to keep up and not expect a "business as usual" climate. I don't see it as a con honestly, but there is never a dull day here at Mongo.
