      - Great interview process, very transparent and supportive - Onboarding was great, with things very structured - Team was very receptive - Always learning new things and they take every opportunity for feedback and coaching - Great compensation plan, really competitive and aggressive - Clear path and opportunities for career development - Very well defined sales process

      - Very technical product and some people might take more time to absorb

      Pros

      It's been an amazing journey ever since I joined MongoDB in 2019. Starting from G&A hiring team and then took a break and again joined in sales hiring team. The journey has been one of the best professional journey, where I have learned a lot and has grown as a professional. There are several other reason to love MongoDB and top most is the great leadership.
