Pros
This is the best company I've worked for in the amount of opportunities and growth it has. Growth is celebrated and encouraged, and if you're not growing, it's put into action to get you there. The company doesn't feel "corporate", in the sense that everyone feels accessible, like-minded, wanting to help, and collaborative. There are a lot of benefits from wellness to flexibility to ESPP.
Cons
It's a growing company, and processes are still growing along with that. It's not a red flag, just something to keep in mind.
