      Pros

      Culture, culture, culture. This company actually makes an honest and noticeable effort to make people feel included and welcome. Honest communication and transparency. Constant feedback. Empowering employees at all levels to participate and express their opinions.

      Cons

      At some levels the pace is incredibly hectic. A lot of work left and right. This is not per se a bad thing but it can easily cause issues with work-life balance.
