      - Great product, loved by developers - Huge growth of the company and product - Tons of development opportunities internally - Competitive compensation package (salary, stocks and ESPP) - Remote work in countries with legal entities - Really good support in the first months to get you ramped up - Smart and hard-working colleagues - Big technical learning curve for someone with a non-tech background

      - Lots of growth means growing pains (no concerns though) - A lot of work to be done in the job and I can imagine it can influence some people's work-life balance - Big technical learning curve for someone with a non-tech background

      You work with a group of best people in the industry on really interesting projects. Very good work life balance. You have freedom to choose your career path.

      The work culture is really good. The company takes great care of all its employees. There is a lot to learn in terms of the company offerings, industry, and sales methodologies. You have all the tools to help you enable yourself in the sales role and the peers are really helping overall creating a conducive environment to work and grow.
