      - Amazing Culture where even in the middle of the pandemic I was able to feel right at home - In my experience, flexible working arrangements and hours (this could depend on manager) - Competitive compensation - So much to learn and discover. You will build so many skills while working here - Company has great potential to continue growing - Very friendly people that will welcome you with open arms

      Cons

      - Different managers/teams may have varying views on topics such as remote work, which can be a challenge for some (my experience has been good)
