It is exciting to be a part of a rapidly growing organisation and helping customers solve real pain that they are experiencing using a technology that is evolving significantly. Culturally, MongoDB is a great place to work, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity, an industry-leading parental leave policy that I have been able to personally benefit from and there are also many other employee benefits, including private health insurance as well as access to RSUs.
