- Lots of opportunity for lateral and vertical movement - A general focus by management on what the company can do for your career - Many very smart people who are happy to mentor or help you grow - Autonomy as an engineer to work however fits you best - Opportunity to work with and on exciting technologies - Great work life balance

Cons

- Open office, if that's not your thing. - Engineering focused around the Midtown Manhattan office. Remote is becoming more and more viable however. - Still some growing pains as the company is expanding rapidly, such as channels for cross-team collaboration are in their creation stages
