      Product reputation in market. Working with Class-A Leadership (CEO Dev Ittycheria , CFO Michael Gordon & CTO/Co-Founder Eliot Horowitz). Their vision, commitment to execution and customer-first approach is inspiring. Training and Development - move to MongoDB if you're looking for an MBA in Sales. The Training and Expectations of Sellers are high - perfect to advance your career and become employable anywhere.

      Package (Comp/Salary) not as competitive as other tech vendors in the market & industry. Employee stock-plan is good.

      People are passionate about what they do. The technology works better than advertised and the market is ripe for disruption so demand for the product is massive.

      Cons

      The demand for MongoDB is so great and the growth is exponential which means unfortunately we cannot seem to hire great people fast enough.
