      Pros

      interesting technical product, opportunities to grow. affinity groups are active which is nice. my personal team and manager are great, but have problems with company as a whole.

      Cons

      tone deaf higher management who is more talk than they are walk. generally resistant to change.

      - No racism, acceptance of diversity of people, humble manager (I have never experienced it before) - Constant growth - Working with the best of best people (you can understand after you passed through several steps of interview)

      Cons

      - Since it is growing very fast there are some managers don't aware of what they are doing (yet not affected badly) - Some of the people are obsessive to age and the company which hires are coming from

      MongoDB has the rare opportunity to be in a high growth period and that is something that is felt throughout the company. Talent is high and expectations higher. Because of this, there is a lot of opportunity and visibility that comes with any role at the company. The people at this company are all forward looking and down to ping-pong whenever. The culture here spotlights success every chance it gets. - Good Compensation and Workplace perks (meals, activities, health & fitness) - Good work life balance with unlimited PTO and WFH if needed - Love the variety in swag!

      Cons

      High growth also means short periods of stability before things change again. Being flexible and a go-getter are must haves to keep up and be successful.
