      Like any strong culture, this is not for everyone. If you want to be challenged, like change, autonomy and lots of feedback, this IS for you.

      Pros

      - Very supportive management - Growth culture is a huge value of the company as a whole - You're able to make an impact as management is very open minded to good ideas -Flexibility ( unlimited PTO, Free Lunch on Tuesday and Friday and nice office space)

      Cons

      - Not a diverse company at all - They do not recruiter at HBCU's or HSI's -No psychological safety for underrepresented employees
