Pros
Great opportunity to learn more or refine existing skills. There is a lot of investment in programs/trainings that allows employees to grow. You can come in with a career plan and flourish, or even if you are unsure, if you're an interested, thoughtful person, you will see your abilities and confidence grow and your career will thrive as a result. I saw a lot of career growth here, even passively without a particular aim; by getting involved in projects that interested me, and being encouraged to tackle new challenges.
The company has handled the pandemic really well. You could tell employee safety was a priority as we promptly required remote working in the beginning of the pandemic. Now we have accommodations for those who prefer to continue working from home, and those who prefer to return to the office.
The company culture is one that fosters a good work life balance, and camaraderie. There are a lot of events, groups, newsletters - ways to stay connected with others globally. There are many, MANY different recognitions programs as well so people feel valued and celebrated.
Cons
No job is perfect, and everyone will have a day where they don't like their job - but for me these days are few and rare and there is no major issue that needs to be addressed.
