      Pros

      - Ample opportunity for new challenges and career growth - Collaborate with an amazing caliber of engineers / peers - Inclusive company culture - Benefits (generally what you would expect from a tech company: health care, lunches, etc.)

      Cons

      Not really a con, just a fact: there's an endless amount of work you could do. For some people this can be inspiring, for others it can be overwhelming. It's really on you to find the right work / life balance for you as an individual.

      Pros

      You come to MongoDB to get your sales PhD and have an opportunity that will impact you financially for the rest of your life. Our sales culture is second to none. Everyone is supportive and wants to see each other succeed. Our sales leadership team is truly world-class. The focus is to promote within opening up the door to a ton of upward mobility and career opportunities within our organization. Not to mention, our database platform actually works and is the clear winner in its category. I've never worked for another company where the technology is truly incredible and our roadmap is just getting started!

      Cons

      In order to be successful at MongoDB you need to be committed to building pipeline. Some reps come here looking for the easy button or a setup like SFDC where leads just flow in. Those that put in the work are wildly successful while others who except to sit on their hands quickly realize it's not going to be a good fit.

      Pros

      Growth culture, surrounded by incredibly driven and intelligent peers. Good WLB Continued investment in development, from ramping to several years later. Feedback from employees is taken into account and actually influences change. Financially rewarding. I joined during the pandemic and was incredibly impressed by the remote onboarding experience.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits are a little limited for non-US employees. Product complexity can result in long ramping period for new engineers
