      Pros

      - Lots of challenging technical problems to work on. - Growth of the company means lots of opportunities for taking on more responsibility or stepping into a new role. - Extremely flexible in terms of working hours, permitting remote work, etc. - Very people-focussed culture.

      Cons

      - Things can sometimes get bogged down in process. I think there are some growing pains in this area as the company rapidly scales.

      I don't think there are many but I think comp and bens can certainly be better but apart from this, there is nothing.

      Pros

      Love working for such a great company. I can't emphasize enough - this company truly cares about their employees and their wellbeing. This is a TOUGH job, however you have so many tools and resources to help you along the way. I have always felt very supported by my manager (RD) and Team.

      Cons

      Lots to learn in the first couple of months - I am 3 months in so I don't know that there is much to say at this moment.
