      Pros

      The product is maturing so a lot of the previous criticisms are now invalid. Good technical people.

      Cons

      For the size of the company there is a lot of internal politics. The culture is becoming less technical over time.

      Pros

      Everyone I work with is incredibly smart and I can always rely on their expertise and professionalism. I enjoy coming to work and the challenges we face are exciting and engaging. The culture here is very laid back but hard-working. There is quite a difference between sales and engineering and everything in between. However, I feel that all employees are valued and are incentivized with very competitive compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      There are some people who want to cling to the small startup they originally joined 2 years ago and are frustrated with being held to public company-sized expectations. A lot is asked of employees here but on the whole, we are given what we need to be successful.

      Pros

      This place is exploding in all the right ways, rapid-rapid-rapid growth from both customers and headcount. I've been at start ups, and massive multi-billion dollar public companies and have never seen movement like this. Major issue when I got here was differentiation between open source vs commercial, although now there is a clear path to the value of the commercial version.

      Cons

      It's intense here, if you aren't down for the ride... don't come here. Long hours, extensive training, 100% accountability. If you aren't doing your job, or keeping up with the pace they expect - it's time to go. That can be intimidating for some, but motivation for others. It can be exhausting at times but the financial reward is out of this world.
