      The people are so nice. Everyone takes their jobs seriously but they don't take themselves too seriously.

      Cons

      Some people don't like change. To me, change is not a con, but it is for some and that can cause disruption.

      Great young culture with product that will become a standard.

      Cons

      Leadership changes created inconsistency. Tough for many customers to differentiate between open source (free) version and Enterprise version and invest. Lack of marketing strategy made building pipeline tough. I understand things have improved in 2015.
