      Pros

      Very organized and a Mature company that will give you a great exposure to working with an International Team. If you spend 5 years at a company this good, you will feel the difference in your approach to Software Technology.

      I have not come across any problems personally.

      Pros

      So far is been great, I get PTO when I want, my manager is awesome, and work is pretty good for work life balance in my case, good tech and get to help people

      Cons

      Seems some people get laid off silently in packs every once in a while but is not public, it does make me feel uneasy sometimes
