      Pros

      Exciting time to work on a very interesting and dynamic ecosystem like NoSQL/Databases. MongoDB is one of the best technologies to work and it's becoming more prevalent. The tech is good and people seem to enjoy working with it which makes the job very interesting.

      Cons

      Constant changes on head / director roles, lack of focus and sync from parts of the organization makes these times very uncertain causing a lot of stress across the board. This was not the case 8 months ago.

      Good opportunity, good product, great culture and management.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover (but you should expect that with a growing company), hard time monetizing (but you should expect that with open source), constantly changing offerings.

      the product is open source, free of charge. Not to many people want to pay for support, for a product that works very well, and seldom goes down
