I'm impressed on how organized MongoDB is from employees enablement to laser focused goals. Tons of talented people ready to help you and the business. The flexible work model for me is also a crucial factor to take the most of myself and employees in general. So far MongoDB is the sixth company I worked and the best company I joined.
