Pros

The product is solid and well-liked by customers. The executive team is positioning MongoDB as a leader in the age of AI. Engineering and Product leadership regularly work with customers. They provide ongoing training and enablement.

Cons

Sales at MongoDB is not for the weak. They are process-heavy, and PG is a religion. Consumption-based billing is great for customers, but not so great for sales representatives.
