      - Good Culture and Helpful Ecosystem - More than 80% people achieving numbers - Best office facilities like insurance coverage, cabs, meals, snacks, etc

      Cons

      - Lot of changes happening at CXO level - Some teams do not have learning paths, some new joiners face challenge - Promotion rules keeps on changing, its not always fair

      Pros

      I always tell people that I feel very lucky to be working at MongoDB. The company is very flexible as they allow for a hybrid working model (people can work from home a few days a week or even apply to be fully remote). I also really like the atmosphere in the NYC office. Employees who are based out of NYC or another hub office get lunch 3x times per week.
