      Well-established company with decent benefits and slim chances of ever going under

      Cons

      Since the stock price took a huge hit due to Revenue reports in 2024, culture has majorly shifted to become more blame-based and a lot of people have recently been put on pretty performative PIPs and then let go (with zero severance!) even when all PIP action items were adequately fulfilled... generally is a worse place to be now than a couple of years ago and many people are leaving

      Technology is amazing and the people are great. Some of the smartest people I've worked with.

      Cons

      You will always be busy juggling lots of different things. The changes in comp plans for SAs to source new workloads can be problematic and cause friction between others working the same account with the same objectives - defeats the whole nothing of working as one team IMHO
