      Pros

      This org lives and breathes excellence while creating a space for development and course correcting. Fast paced and high demand can cause some stress but it’s the most rewarding role I’ve had.

      Cons

      Awhile there is transparency within the org, there are changes that happen often and swiftly. You need to be prepared to act when asked and have a few plans in place depending on the direction the business takes. May not suit a lot of folks.
