Good work life balance, generally chill coworkers

Cons

I've worked many years at this company and I can say that this company once had a good culture. Not sure when it went downhill but definitely seeing a lot of my friends within the last year because of bad managers or uninteresting work at this company. Managers used to be really good. Behavioral interviews was an emphasis and I can't say that's the case anymore. It can be hit or miss and if you're unlucky with a bad one then your experience can be terrible.

All of my managers have been great, empathetic and very technical. I have a lot of faith in the entire leadership chain from me to the CTO. I think the C-suite makes responsible decisions. I think there's a lot of transparency with us. My work here as a SWE is very interesting, some very unique problems. Very few engineers get to use as much from their computer science degrees as we do here.

I would like even more food in the office.
