There are lots of fun technical growth opportunities in both new and existing products. The culture is very informal, in a good way - managers are willing to give a lot of responsibility regardless of your level and people are generally willing to collaborate and help out whenever necessary. The company adapted well to the pandemic and the culture of hybrid/remote work is solid.

Cons

The company has grown rapidly over the last few years, which has come with lots of process additions and changes.
