      Pros

      Large potential for growth, the company values keeping a good culture even as it scales which is great. Lots of resources and benefits for its employees as well, and everyone I've met is kind and smart!

      Pros

      Good WLB Chill teammates My product is growing fast so its exciting to be on it Lots of focus on code quality so I have learnt a ton about good code practices

      Cons

      Low initial TC but stock growth made up for it Not as many benefits as other companies Career progression seems slow due to the complicated nature of the projects we work on

      Pros

      Great vibe, good people, competitive salary, great stock options. I work on the Charts team in Sydney and they're a fantastic, world class group of Software Developers. The rest of the office (and company!) carry a fantastic energy that make Fridays and all the get togethers all the more amazing. MongoDB has been an important part of my mental health journey and I am more than proud to work there. Free Headspace subscription is a great perk!

      Cons

      Missing a bit of that 'big company' structure, but really getting there. Some parts feel like a big company, some parts feel like a big, well run start up. Kind of hard to articulate.
