Pros

A fine agency, they had me around as a floater copy editor for well over a year.

Cons

Weekly unpredictable layoffs made things impossible to plan for the future.

Pros

Many good people doing work to be proud of at the execution and service level

Cons

Senior leadership is bloated and ineffective. CEO, Sir Martin Sorrell, is completely out of touch, cruel and vile. Consistently sending politically-charged all-hands emails, and publicly harassing those who are brave enough to speak up. Has sent several emails voicing support for far-right presidents who are stripping their people of human rights. One employee was brave enough to respond directly to him challenging this view, SMS publicized it to the global alias and asked if anyone had any better ideas for leading the country.
