      Pros

      Various types of projects and try to be innovative. Flexible with remote work (for now) and friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Big corporation culture - Better faster cheaper. Culture is a bit depressing and divided across regions. Mainly due to the fact the company is offshoring operations to South America (Argentina, and Brazil) by laying off employees and rehiring in those lower-cost regions.

      Nice people to work with for the most part

      Cons

      Many company’s or tenants under “Monks” very unorganized and ambiguous of contributions. It’s almost like there is too many people in one kitchen and things are ever changing and never has a concrete foundation. Turn over is quick! So many lay offs and all of them are handled very unprofessionally to say the least.
