      - Lots of ownership so you can really control your own schedule if you do it right - Remote first now and always - Rarely lay off people if business is slow

      Cons

      - Not a ton of process which makes it hard to learn from anything or anyone except your own mistakes/experience - There is a progression and salary ceiling
