      Pros

      MH provided a breath of experience for anyone who came into ad-tech with 0 knowledge. Depends on your manager, but mine was very hands on without micromanaging. My team was very supportive. The idea of sharing information was ubiquitous within the Account Management organization which gave a great sense of support.

      Cons

      Things got lost at upper management. Little transparency despite what Pete and other C-suite said during All Hands. Benefits were revoked during the pandemic and from what I heard, they never came back.
