Some really smart, talented folk work here.

Cons

No culture. No vision. No grace. Poor organization. Poor communication. False promises. No pay raises. No career growth opportunities. No commitment to employees. No commitment to clients. HR is broken and poorly led. Just not a good place to work spiritually, financially, emotionally, or intellectually. Advice to applicants: Don't believe the hype.

Great and creative minds depending on the team you're placed at.

Cons

After being acquired by Media Monks, the company has changed completely. I don't forsee XX existing in any capacity by the end of 2024. It's messy and just no longer what it once was. Salary increases and compensation has been frozen for over two years, and many people are not paid a livable wage. I would avoid working here and find other prospects.

"creative directors" with shiny heads and big muscles really lacking in leadership skills, or any real comprehension what is going on with their projects. No thought goes into the work, they make their money cranking out boring work and pretending to lead. Its sad.
