      • The people who work here are all amazing! • Fast growing agency but still keeping company culture and work/life balance as top priorities. • Benefits are unmatched So excited to grow here!

      Cons

      Not an company con per say but working remotely can make it tougher to build meaningful relationships and learn from peers.

      Pros

      If you do a great job you can literally ask for just about any position you want to be in - however you have to deliver or they will quickly put you in a lower place.

      Cons

      Lots of moving in and out of accounts. Sometimes you will just be thrown in the middle of someone's account because they are moved to another. Lots of people randomly coming in and out of projects. Seems confusing to clients.
