      you get to work on big projects...

      Cons

      you don't get paid as if you were working on a big project. Everyone is overworking and saying the word "burnout" will get you fired. Recent layoffs and restructuring were conducted in the least humane way possible. No positive culture. Women's faces are used in presentations they didn't work on to show diversity to clients. Insecure, unknowledgeable, and inexperienced leadership. Money is the only KPI the company cares about

      Pros

      You can get a lot of responsibility and can learn fast. This because teams are severely understaffed. Big clients, (too) ambitious projects.

      Cons

      Acquisitions keep on coming, company is getting more and more chaotic and understaffed. Low pay, empty promises regarding more openings, reviews, raises, prospects in general. Work overload. Junior employees work weekends and late nights (nights, not evenings) regularly. Employees that go out of the way to get things done are not recognized for it, and if they are they are they get nothing in return. Talent is leaving. Quality is going down, as there is too much to do while there are not enough resources made available to the teams. People are stressed out if not burned out already. Higher ups can be disrespectful and even abusive. Culture of not speaking up nor correcting anyone that does wrong.
