Pros

Good pay. Started as a solid brand with talented coworkers.

Cons

No real upward mobility or promotion opportunity. Higher-level senior management is disconnected from creative leadership and tends to gamble a bit too much with client relationships. Agency promises a lot of benefits and growth opportunities for employees that do not come to fruition. When budgets get tight, they cut creative teams regardless of whether the account and employee have been performing well for the agency.

Pros

No real positives - they had remote work but constantly keep teasing that everyone will need to be in the office

Cons

- absolutely terrible leadership - horrible with money - no performance reviews or opportunity for raises - they want you to work ten different jobs without proper pay - too many men trying to prove they can be leaders - there is no culture and older monks are stuck in the past on how things use to be - Sir Martin needs to step down

poor leadership and growth issues

Pros

You get to work with really talented people

Cons

Hemorrhaging clients. Notoriously over promising workflows that don’t exist. no room for growth. No raises in 3 years but somehow someone gets a surprise promotion announcement on an all hands. Some ECDs here have terrible egos. Executive leadership is essentially nonexistent. There’s shifts happening in the company, you feel them , you see them, but no one communicates what’s going on. Culture is nonexistent, or even worse, the culture is over worked and under paid. There’s nooo diversity in leadership
