      Some genuinely kind, talented people remain. Occasional exposure to international teams with better direction. Office location is convenient. Flexible hours in some roles. You’ll learn what not to do.

      Cons

      UK offices lacks creative vision and leadership. No clear strategy. AI-first claims don’t match output. Social content struggles despite production focus. Talented people leave yearly with no replacements. Career growth and portfolio development are near impossible.

      Pros

      Still some surviving team members that are smart, collaborative and engaged.

      Cons

      Financially in dire straits. Constant layoffs. Constantly missing projections and disappointing the market. Constant cost cutting measures replace strong team members with cheaper, less effective team members. Leadership is bloated, ineffective, never accepts responsibility for the failing state of the company and takes credit for others' work. And they terminate people "for cause" just to avoid paying severance.
