      Lots of wonderful people but not what it used to be.

      Pros

      Great health insurance and benefits. Smart and talented people. There can be good work/life balance if you're on the right team. Good clients.

      Cons

      It's not a people-first organization. The company seems to be hiring mostly outside of the United States and jobs are moving to places like Buenos Aires, Mexico, and Canada.

      • Continuous disregard for ethical working hours • Employee burnout; High employee turnaround • Global network; Project planning logistics & appropriate resourcing can be difficult to work around • Company growing; Lack of infrastructure/processes; Ability to work with merged companies is extremely challenging due to lack of integration

      Lots of fun aspects of the job with company wide events and enjoyable office settings. Really great opportunities with major clients.

      Cons

      Leaderships don't really have their teams best interests at heart. The mostly just care about that amount of work that the teams get done without supporting them actively.
