      Pros

      You will learn a lot. Depending on your job you’ll meet co-workers from all over the world. The company cares about diversity. Company cares about environmental impact. Unlimited Paid time off. Friendly & helpful co-workers.

      Cons

      Depending on team, there’s a lot of work. Seems like team leaders get picked off by bigger companies so it’s a constant revolving door. Wish they would promote more or hire from Within for management positions instead of hiring from outside the company.
