      Pros

      Majority of the people are extremely nice and will go the extra mile to be there for you, so a lot of support in that front, with the exception of a few who behave like clients inside the agency and can treat you very poorly regardless of the effort and hours you're working.

      Cons

      Process heavy - it really gets in the way of the creative and feels like the agency is turning into a "whatever the client wants first" instead of delivering the best work possible, whilst challenging & educating the client at the same time. Some people in lead positions can be very unprofessional and do whatever they can to humiliate others.
