      Truly exceptional people, but has some drawbacks

      Pros

      GREAT people. Honestly do no know how they do it. Mid to Senior level leadership are fantastic - I would work for/with them any time. Highest level leadership is kind of a non factor which says something I guess. Excellent health benefits. Refreshingly great work/life balance. Important to note how great the benefits are; they are grouped together in the star rating system ("Compensations & Benefits") -- if these were to be split apart, "Compensation" would get 2 stars and "Benefits" would get 5.

      Cons

      Put simply, pay is low. There is not really a clear path to career advancement, once you get to a certain level. There could be a stronger push to do more boundary (and client) -pushing work. Agency seems to accept a "production shop" role.
