Grateful I had a job for as long as I did. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Lots of secret layoffs and no explanations or transparency. No proper performance reviews or cost of living increases. No concrete leadership and direction - especially with a return to work policy. It is unfortunately run by a lot of men without a solid leadership structure. I was with the company for a long time through a lot of acquisitions and was let go without real cause. They do not care about their employees opinions nor do they listen to their employees. HR in the US is terrible and their is no consistent support. You have no idea who to go to for help.
