      Talented people, interesting projects but disorganized leadership

      Pros

      Great benefits, fun co-workers, nice offices, allows for work/life balance, decent variety of projects and clients.

      Cons

      During the last few months of my employment there wasn't much new work coming in which was unfortunate and those projects that did come in weren't very challenging. I suppose in hindsight that's not surprising considering the state right now of the tech companies we worked with in the embed model. Also people were nice and easy to get along with, there was definitely a disjointed connection among different agencies working together. I guess that's expected though since the merging and acquisition is still relatively new.

      Poor project management Poor people management Constant work thrashing, leading to low or zero output, and engineers held responsible. Poor communication between engineers and leads/middle management. Leads/middle management inattentive and unresponsive to feedback. Poor communication and cooperation between engineering and non-engineering (product design/development).
