      Very comprehensive training program for those new to Paid Search/Paid Social, pay is very competitive with other agencies, and a lot of opportunities to learn and try new things

      Sometimes have to work long hours, but that's a commonality across any workplace

      Pros

      Best in class when it comes to datadriven conversations and projects. I learned a lot during my time.

      Cons

      Management did not really know what they were doing in terms of managing teams. Smart people in general but the lack of leadership was noticable. There is no such thing as work life balance. Forget trying to finish your work day in time and meet up with friends. There is of course always something to do (which applies to many jobs) but there is no understanding that it's impossible to be available all the time. The expectation of putting work first is insane. Covid put so much pressure on the teams. I don't think anyone actually feels well.
