      Pros

      - Great Projects. - You work with some of the most talented people in the world. - You can work across various departments, which is great for experience.

      Cons

      - As leadership you are usually left to fend for yourself without much guidance. - No training offered. - The S4 monster has turned MM into a bit of a factory so you will be churning pitches left right and centre. - If you are not Dutch you get treated differently.

      Pros

      - just joined for not more than a month - bosses and colleagues are nice - they listen what you have to say - they give good equipments for work - constantly check with you what do you need for a better work performance & environment

      Cons

      - due to pandemic everyone have to work remotely in my country (for now) - onboarding could be a bit slow due to the company just established in Msia - overall everything is good, will see as time goes by

      Great pay, great people, awesome perks

      Cons

      Not much downside. Sometimes corporate events can be a little cringe but they aren’t compulsory so it’s not a problem
