      Flexible Hours, decent pay NY Office Great team, not so great management

      Cons

      Inflated Job titles - seems only those that are about to be let go, but have decent relationship with senior leadership receive promotions or those that are senior management Inflated job title = people that don't really know what their day to day job is (these are the people "leading" our Org)
