      Pros

      - Competitive salary - Diverse team - Relatively easy work demands - Strong US leadership - Solid employee training program led by excellent teachers (this is actually a HUGE competitive advantage and I would not take it for granted since it will directly play into your future career opportunities) - Decent perks Overall this is a place I would recommend working because it's good money for not a lot of stress. As long as you don't get on anyone's bad side, it's easy to do well here.

      Cons

      Typical corporate woes (not really a big deal or unexpected) - Can be clique oriented - Undelivered promises...etc. It's really not that bad compared to other corporate positions I've been in.

      Pros

      The main reason to work in Media.Monks (especially for java developers) is opportunity to work on adobe experience manager. It really broadens the mind.

      Cons

      Not clearly suitable for java developers who had worked on Spring framework.
