Pros

Individual contributors are high quality; work environment below Director level is friendly and productive. Leadership doesn't deserve people of this caliber.

Cons

No opportunities to grow, get promoted, get a raise. But they'll insist there are, because they love to lie and gaslight constantly. Says one thing, does another, congratulates themselves either way. They're also not competent jerks - sales are terrible and stock price is awful. Meanwhile leadership talks a lot about delivery but all their actions make it harder to do actual work for paying clients. That's if you don't get laid off. They love to lay people off. There are more layoffs than new clients.

Pros

Great team members and good managers who are supportive and respect your time and energy. Everyone that you work with feels like a friend or good acquaintance. Few-to-no expectations to work outside of normal hours or on the weekends (depends on team and client, but overall norm is none). If deadlines need to be pushed back because they are unreasonable and the work cannot be done in that amount of time, this is communicated to the client. Managers try their best to staff employees on clients that will provide valuable experience. Extensive benefits. Good office staff in SF. Employees are diverse in race and gender and sexuality, and there is a prominent LGBTQ social group.

Cons

Some people have been promoted over the years, but nowadays they are few and far between compared to the past days when the company was growing much faster. There are no cost of living adjustments year to year. We've had small quiet layoffs here and there without any announcements. Billing is annoying to have to handle each month.

Pros

Great health, dental, and vision benefits. Still allow remote work in the US.

Cons

Promote 'leaders' who consistently receive negative feedback and HR complaints, no bonuses, lack genuine care for employees as people, very top heavy. Consistently losing work on their largest accounts.
