      This is a fake review, since we are a 100%-remote company and for that reason you can't say "snacks and weather outside the office". We have reported this fake review to the Glassdoor support and they are investigating this matter.

      Pros

      It’s possible that I’ve never loved a job more than I do my job at Orca Pacific. Everyone is intelligent and kind and hardworking. Everyone’s ideas are heard by others and you have a real ability to make an impact in your work here. It’s so refreshing to be at a good, well-meaning company with high quality teams.

      Cons

      No real cons, there is an upcoming merger that may shift some things but time will tell.
