Toxic work culture

Pros

Great clients, new and innovative industry

Cons

Toxic work culture, I've never seen so many employees experiencing burnout. The management make bad decisions and are unable to communicate in a transparent way to their employees. High turnover and churn rate reflecting many failings made by management.

Pros

An opportunity to work for Google, and it is a pretty stable agency to work for as compared to others in the market.

Cons

Leadership team is not very well organized. Too many layers in titles so it is extremely difficult to grow. And to top it, there is no bonus.
